  1. Upload Proof of Address Main Screen: Address card on the screen, adds a lot of weight to this content which may not be important. Main focus should be to get them to choose a document and should be visually prioritizes to reduce any confusion here.

  2. Select Document Type :

    1. This should be a modal if its a part of drop down instead of a screen by itself

    2. The detail on verified within few minutes vs 72 hours will be easily missed for users who aren’t reading carefully - needs to be made more clear to the user

    3. See details will also be missed by users who will likely not tap. If that info is important, we should attempt at simplifying the message and bring it out on the main screen.

  3. Offering Address Edit Option on document upload screen :

    1. It is not entirely clear why we are offering users an option to edit the address they have shared with OKHi and confirmed earlier in the flow. The proof of address should ideally match the collected address or we should show the address mismatch as an error?

    2. Again we are leading with the address edit card, which is taking away from the main flow to upload a document, and adds to an already pretty dense screen.

    3. If this is primarily there for users to check that they uploaded the right document, we should treat it like that ( already mentioned in one of the requirement bullets)

  4. Electricity bill confirmation and edit screen :

    1. Once the user uploads the electricity bill, we show them a lot of editable inputs, most of these are not important to edit OR can’t be edited. At this point we should just focus on the key item to be reviewed/added/edited which is the Meter Provider

    2. Inputs like edit address and document type seem irrelevant here. We can just focus on machine fetched info or even just Meter Provider information.

    3. This screen can be substantially simplified to focus on main input here

  5. No design on Figma for a screen where certain docs may take more time to be verified. Not sure if this has already been fixed in production

    Suggested for other docs

  6. If a user denies location access, the error message doesn’t clearly clarify the implication at a header level that their Level Upgrade will be incomplete without it. A clear message can hopefully increase the chances of users clicking on try again, instead of dismissing the flow

  1. Primer for Address Verification is text heavy with a lot of information being given.

    1. It is unclear that we mean that “location services “ need to be on

    2. It also needs to be clarified that we suggest they spend more time at the residence in the next xx hours for increasing likelihood of success….instead of the current text, which may throw people off
