What are the problems in today’s product delivery process?

Our existing product process is failing to consistently deliver high quality product in an agile manner.

These problems can be summarised as below:

1. Our product’s functionality do not consistently exceed customer’s needs

2. Our product UX is shit

3. Our product engineering quality is not great

4. Most product team members are disconnected from business realities hence empathy is lost

We are only as good as our products and how our customers love us, so we have to change or die
