These set of APIs enables merchants manage transaction refunds to customers.

  1. Initiate Refund

  2. Get Refund Status

  3. Get All Refunds

Price

For payments made via transfers, merchant will be charged a refund fee of N10 and this will be deducted from merchant's wallet, hence currently, merchant is required to have her wallet funded before refunds can be processed.

Note

Refund is currently available for just payments via transfers.

Within a maximum of 3 hours, refunds successfully initiated would be in a final state of either FAILED or SUCCESS.
