What went well:
EA and TPM were able to check on engineers and helped with removing blockers
The engineers were able to learn by making some technical decisions without having to rely on the TPM or EA.
What needs improvement
Time management and work schedule needs to be improved by the engineers
Action Items:
The APM needs to check on engineers and ensure sprint checkins are done regularly to help engineers manage their work schedule properly.
