This disjointed approach leads to several challenges: Cluttered and Irregularities with Design: Multiple carousels and banners on the customer’s dashboard create a fragmented user experience, making the interface feel cluttered and less intuitive. Inefficiencies in Management: Teams have separate processes and tools to manage banners or campaigns, leading to inconsistency. Absence of Personalisation: Customers are shown generic messages that maybe irrelevant to their needs, resulting in missed opportunities to engage them with meaningful, tailored content.
