This department is responsible for the administration of the platform for Moniepoint sales partners. It ensures that sales partners can perform all relevant tasks for Moniepoint customers, view their performance and targets, manage their commissions, and more.

Moniepoint onboarding

This department focuses on ensuring the onboarding process for new Moniepoint customers is well efficient and compliant by providing the best customer experience.

Moniepoint organizational operating system (MOOS) IN DEVELOPMENT

MOOS is an internal platform for managing Moniepoint's teams as well as employee roles and the org structure. MOOS also allows users to set business and functional goals for Moniepoint employees and teams.

This department is responsible for the lifecycle management of the point-of-sale terminal for Moniepoint business banking customers. Their responsibilities include inventory management, distribution, performance monitoring, and repairs.

Monnify channels and disbursements

Monnify is a payment gateway that enables businesses to seamlessly handle payments across various channels. By utilizing Monnify, businesses can effortlessly receive payments, make payments, and verify customer details, thereby simplifying and accelerating the payment process.

Monnify Disbursement:
A core part of the Monnify Payment Gateway that enables businesses initiate single and bulk transfers to their customers.

Monnify Channels:
Includes all artefacts that offer values to merchants including the Merchant Dashboard, Operations Back Office and APIs.

Monnify account payments

This department focuses on delivering and optimizing account-based payment collections for businesses via direct debits, and bank transfers.

Monnify card payments (includes international payments and expansion)

The product allows Monnify Merchants to process and receive card payments from their customers.
