The business loans department is a group of product teams working toward delivering credit facilities to business owners at Moniepoint.

This department focuses on effective distribution of Moniepoint debit cards to customers across the country.

Moniepoint cash management

This department is developing a solution to facilitate the procurement and delivery of cash among businesses within the Moniepoint ecosystem. The department is responsible for ensuring that the solution is efficient and compliant.

Moniepoint channels

This team manages a suite of products that provide core services for personal and business banking customers. These services encompass logging in, dashboard access, and transaction processing.

Moniepoint deposits and savings

This department is responsible for providing savings solutions for Moniepoint personal and business customers.

Moniepoint LOOM - fraud prevention and compliance tools

Loom is comprehensive suite of products designed to enhance the compliance and risk management at Moniepoint.

Moniepoint FX

This product will facilitate international transfers for new customers. It will enable them to send funds to other countries with celerity and ease.

Moniepoint KYC management

This team oversees the process by which Moniepoint customers provide know-your-customer (KYC) information to access higher account tiers. The team is responsible for ensuring that the KYC process is efficient and compliant.

Moniepoint offline sales tools

This department is responsible for the administration of the platform for Moniepoint sales partners. It ensures that sales partners can perform all relevant tasks for Moniepoint customers, view their performance and targets, manage their commissions, and more.

Moniepoint onboarding

This department focuses on ensuring the onboarding process for new Moniepoint customers is well efficient and compliant by providing the best customer experience.

Moniepoint organizational operating system (MOOS)

MOOS is an internal platform for managing Moniepoint's teams as well as employee roles and the org structure. MOOS also allows users to set business and functional goals for Moniepoint employees and teams.

Moniepoint transfer payments

This department is responsible for providing infrastructure and customer experience for inter and intra-bank funds transfers for Moniepoint customers.

Moniepoint VAS payments

The department is responsible for providing infrastructure and customer experience that provides airtime, data, and bill payment solutions to Moniepoint customers.

Moniepoint POS

This department is responsible for the lifecycle management of the point-of-sale terminal for Moniepoint business banking customers. Their responsibilities include inventory management, distribution, performance monitoring, and repairs.

Monnify channels and disbursements

Monnify is a payment gateway that enables businesses to seamlessly handle payments across various channels. By utilizing Monnify, businesses can effortlessly receive payments, make payments, and verify customer details, thereby simplifying and accelerating the payment process.

Monnify Disbursement:
A core part of the Monnify Payment Gateway that enables businesses initiate single and bulk transfers to their customers.

Monnify Channels:
Includes all artefacts that offer values to merchants including the Merchant Dashboard, Operations Back Office and APIs.

Monnify account payments

This department focuses on delivering and optimizing account-based payment collections for businesses via direct debits, and bank transfers.

Monnify card payments (includes international payments and expansion)

The product allows Monnify Merchants to process and receive card payments from their customers.

Monnify bill payments

The bills aggregator team is working on building a consolidated, efficient and cost effective biller aggregator infrastructure for the market.
