It is paramount to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are apprised of the project's progress. Stakeholders should encompass a diverse range of departments within the organization. Representatives from each department should be kept informed throughout the product development cycle. Adopting a transparent approach will enhance the visibility of project activities and enable these representatives to contribute their insights or provide critique on the decisions being made. This collaborative approach ultimately results in a superior outcome for the customers.
