Overview

Alerts and banners in the app are generally categorized into two types:

  1. Account Alerts: Notifications that affect the user’s Moniepoint account.

  2. Product Banners: Banners displayed by specific product teams, e.g., CAC, Rewards, etc.

Current alert priority: Restriction > KYC > Others (e.g CAC & other notifications)

List of Alerts

  1. NIN Update Alert: Prompt to add NIN to the account.

  2. KYC Harmonization Alert: Request to update KYC details for harmonization.

  3. CAC Update Alert: Request that business users submit CAC documents.

  4. KYC Correction Alert: Update KYC information (introduced during the CBN onboarding suspension).

  5. KYC Upgrade Status Alert: Shows updates on KYC actions.

  6. Account Restriction Alert: Notifications about PND or lien actions on the account.

  7. CAC Registration Alert: Updates on CAC registration with four different statuses.

List of Banners [No priority]

  1. Rewards Promotion Banner: A carousel showcasing rewards-related banners.

  2. CAC Registration Banner: Highlights the CAC registration process.

  3. Rewards Balance Banner: Displays the user’s current rewards balance.

  4. Cards Sales Agent Banner: Promotes card-related sales.

  5. Referral Banner: Encourages users to refer others.

  6. Promo Balance Banner: Displays promotional balances.
