Designs & handoff documentation

Following product prioritisation and product discovery, a clear tested, iterated value proposition should be ready to progress to detailed design and handoff.

Handoff to engineering will only happen once the PRD is complete. Guidelines for completing the PRD are here.

Before the PRD can be completed, the following documentation is required. Guidelines have been created for each, to assist you.

1. User stories - guidelines

3. Test scripts - guidelines

4. Design document - guidelines

Note that the expectation of quality and thoroughness for each of these documents is much higher than has been the case to date.

Each should be created to a high standard, and leave little margin for error for the engineers in implementation.
