Onboarding Program for New Team Members

Onboarding Program for New Team Members

This onboarding program is a structured process designed to welcome and integrate new employees into Teamapt Juliana switch. It's essentially a roadmap that guides new hires through their initial days, weeks, or even months in a company.

The goal of onboarding is to help new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed in their roles. It involves a combination of administrative tasks, training, and social integration.

INTRODUCTION TO LINE MANAGER AND WORK BUDDY: The line manager and work buddy would have been informed about the new employee and a task would be created for them on BambooHr to welcome the new employee through a direct message on workplace
ADDITION TO ALL MEETINGS: The associate product manager will add the email of the new employee to all meetings they will be required to attend.
INTRODUCTIONS IN ALL TEAM STANDUP & GENERAL STANDUP: The first day/week of the new employee will be an introduction between the old employees and the new employee. Team standup introduction is just the APM of each team introducing the new employee to the entire team during standup while general standup introduction is when old employees open cameras to introduce themselves(name, role) to the new employee.
