Loans Design Team System

LOANS DESIGN TEAM STRUCTURE 

1. Daily standup with designers 

   • Task prioritisation 

   • Reduce check in time to increase focus time. 

   • Update the Roadmap Sheet with the status of your task to reduce check-in frequency

2. Loans Team Design Process (Task estimation should be based on these)

   • Time to design (Design in progress)

   • Designer review 

   • Team review - 30 mins  (All feedback must documented in a single doc, will inform TPM about undocumented feedback)

   • TPM review - 30 mins (To minimize TPM not being in sync with the design) 

   • Done

3. Research/ Study/ Equip 

   • Close on time

   • One hour every day should be dedicated to research and learning how to make a task or design better (Udemy account for each designer)

   • Resources needed - People, Money, etc 

4. One source of truth and task should be Bukola (To reduce task-switching, context-switching and random prioritisation) 

   • Any team members should inform the PM first and not randomly assign tasks to designers.
